What we do

Two things, done properly.

Mighosh is a two-person travel and hospitality studio. We design and host small-group journeys, and we run guest experience and operations for boutique properties. Both come from the same place: we would rather do a handful of things carefully than scale into something anonymous.

Hosted Journeys

Small groups, carefully planned.

Eight to twelve travellers, a route we have already walked, stays we have already slept in, and one of us with the group from arrival to departure. Accommodation, transport, activities, guides, meals and the awkward logistics in between are all handled before you land.

  • Fixed departures with a clear day-by-day plan
  • Local guides and experiences booked directly
  • Solo travellers, couples and friends are welcome

Property Hosting

Hands-on hospitality.

For villas, homestays and boutique stays that need a real host rather than a channel manager. We handle guest communication, daily operations, supplier coordination, content and the retreats or events you want to run on the property.

  • On-ground guest relations and daily coordination
  • Photography, Reels and organic property content
  • Retreat, workshop and group-stay programming

Why travel with Mighosh

The difference is who is standing next to you.

Small groups

8–12 guests. Small enough to fit around one dinner table, and to stay in places a large group never could.

Personally hosted

A founder is with you throughout — from the first pickup to the last goodbye, not a handover at the airport.

Routes we know

Our journeys are based on places we have personally travelled, with stays and operators we have used ourselves.

Time to breathe

Thoughtfully paced itineraries without unnecessary rushing, and unscheduled hours left in on purpose.

Safety-conscious hosting

Rescue Diver certification, CPR and First Aid training, careful operator selection and contingency planning.

About us

Two travellers, one standard.

Mighosh is run by Soumik and Btissam. We have travelled across 11 countries and personally hosted journeys in Vietnam, Bali and Nepal. There is no office between you and us — you speak to the people who will meet you at the airport.

Operations & Guest Experience

Indian programmer turned adventure traveller. Rescue Diver with CPR and first-aid training, eleven countries explored, and the person who builds the routes, timings and contingency plans. If a bus is cancelled at 6am, this is who is awake fixing it.

Content, Cultural Insight & Hosting

Moroccan traveller and content creator, currently based in Vietnam. She brings language skills, local relationships and cultural context to every route, hosts guests on the ground, and shoots the photography and video our properties and trips run on.

Already hosted

Vietnam, Bali and Nepal — run by us, start to finish.

Three journeys designed, booked and personally hosted by Soumik and Btissam. Full routes, inclusions, group sizes and photography from each trip are on the tours page.

Good to know

Questions we are asked most

How big are the groups?

Eight to twelve travellers. That is the size where a group still eats at one table, moves without waiting, and lets us book smaller, better stays.

Can I join on my own?

Yes. Solo travellers, couples and friends are all welcome. We pair room-shares by preference or arrange a private room where the property allows it.

What is included in a hosted journey?

Accommodation, in-country transport, planned activities, local guides, most meals, all logistics, guest support and on-ground hosting. International flights and visas are not included.

Who actually travels with the group?

Soumik, Btissam, or both. Every Mighosh journey is hosted by a founder — never handed to a subcontracted guide we have not travelled with.

Do you work with properties as well as travellers?

Yes. We take on a small number of boutique properties for guest experience, operations, content and retreat programming. Details are on the Hostings page.

In their words

What travellers say

I joined the Nepal trip on my own and never once felt like the odd one out. Small group, honest planning, and someone with us the whole way.
Ananya R. · Nepal · solo traveller
Vietnam was paced properly. We ate where locals eat, moved without waiting around, and the logistics were simply handled for us.
Marc & Lea · Vietnam · couple
Bali felt personal rather than packaged. The snorkelling and the quieter inland days were the parts we still talk about.
Priya S. · Bali · travelling with friends
